With a beautiful day underway Ron and I decided to go for a little fly. I had wanted to go up with my camera and see the water that is starting to develop into quite a problem around these here parts. And Ron always is eager for me to go flying with him.
So we have some area flooding photos. The crest isn't until about Friday - after we have three days of rain showers now in the forecast.

We took off out of Pietsch Aircraft and Shawn Simpma, the local news guy, was going up with the flight instructor for aerial footage for the 6:00 news. So it was already captured. They were going west of Minot where it is really going crazy now. We are still in the preflood setup stage, east of Minot.
WOW. Spectacular views even though its looks kind of scary. I hope the best for you guys in the coming days. It will be 67 and sunny here, wish I could package it and send it.
