Purse

I have been creating in my little sewing shack. This is my second purse, from a pattern, thank you - I am not that creative. The first one was a trial out of fabric I had collecting dust. Which most sewers have in huge volume. After I knew I could do it I went and bought fabric I liked. Viola.

It even has all these handy dandy little compartments for organizing.

Not a very earth shaking blog entry, but then it is my blog!

LOVE it! Now you need to make one with padding inside. Perhaps to haul say, a slr around?

I think it is ADORABLE and I love the fabric combination you selected. Nice job!

I go to a lot of craft shows (a lot!) and Karlyn is right - these are very sellable. I just bought a throw pillow (yes, for my bed!) that a lady from Prescott, AZ made - using some vintage Ralph Lauren fabric she acquired from somewhere plus one "antique" button - and I paid $26 for the thing. And the difficulty level was nothing compared to the purse.

Move over DKNY, hello to MLDND.
